My treatment approach is based on furthering insight, support, and understanding to help you address current life challenges and long-standing issues. With compassion and over 30 years of experience, I work with you individually, as a couple, or in a support group. I also facilitate Journal to the Self® Workshops in small group settings helping you in your personal growth, solve problems, write through transitions, create new possibilities,
and tap into your intuition for life changes. (No prior writing experience is needed!).
With an integration of complementary approaches, I draw from my personal and professional experiences to incorporate what is most helpful for each situation. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere I help you improve your capacity for self-reflection and increase the possibilities for you to find meaning, clarity, insight into your situation, and direction in your life.
